Dad made this every summer weekend when we couldn’t fire up the grill. Just 4 ingredients for a rich, savory dinner that vanishes fast.

Low-Carb 4-Ingredient Cheeseburger Skillet
Enjoy the delicious taste of a classic cheeseburger without the bun with this easy, low-carb cheeseburger skillet. Made with ground beef, crispy bacon, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar, this hearty dish combines creamy, savory flavors in one satisfying meal. Everything comes together quickly before being baked until the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbling.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook, breaking it into small crumbles, until browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
2. Stir in the cream cheese
Lower the heat and add the cream cheese to the cooked beef. Stir continuously until the cream cheese melts and coats the meat in a smooth, creamy mixture.
3. Add the bacon and cheddar
Mix half of the crumbled bacon and half of the shredded cheddar into the beef mixture. Spread everything evenly across the skillet, then sprinkle the remaining cheddar and bacon over the top.
4. Bake until bubbly
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheddar has melted completely and the edges are hot and bubbling.
5. Rest and serve
Carefully remove the skillet from the oven and let it stand for 3–5 minutes before serving. Spoon the warm cheeseburger mixture onto plates and enjoy this comforting, cheesy meal on its own or with your favorite low-carb sides.
