👩‍🍳 Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Pan
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Generously grease a Bundt pan with butter or nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Step 2: Season the Dough
Separate the biscuits and cut each piece into quarters.
Place the dough pieces in a large bowl. Add the melted butter, olive oil, oregano, and garlic powder. Toss well until every piece is evenly coated with the seasoned mixture.
Step 3: Prepare the Filling
In a separate bowl, combine the chopped Kalamata olives, green olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
Mix gently to distribute the ingredients evenly.
Step 4: Build the Layers
Sprinkle a portion of the olive and feta mixture into the bottom of the prepared Bundt pan.
Add about one-third of the biscuit pieces, followed by more olive mixture and half of the shredded mozzarella.
Repeat the layers with another portion of dough, more olive mixture, and the remaining mozzarella. Finish with the last layer of biscuit pieces.
Step 5: Bake the Bread
Cover the Bundt pan with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking for another 5–10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Step 6: Cool and Serve
Allow the monkey bread to rest in the pan for 5–10 minutes.
Carefully invert it onto a serving platter and serve warm.
Enjoy this cheesy, savory pull-apart bread as an appetizer, snack, or side dish.
