Low-Carb 3-Ingredient Brie Bakes
Ingredients (Serves 4)
| Ingredient | Amount |
|---|---|
| Small wheels of brie (about 4 oz each) | 4 |
| Roasted mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts), chopped | ½ cup |
| Olive oil | 1 tbsp, plus extra for greasing |
Directions
Step 1: Prepare the Baking Dish
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a small baking dish or casserole dish with olive oil.
Step 2: Arrange the Brie
Place the brie wheels in the prepared dish, leaving a little space between each one. Lightly score the tops with a crisscross pattern using a sharp knife.
Step 3: Add the Nut Topping
Combine the chopped nuts with the olive oil in a small bowl and toss until evenly coated. Spoon the mixture over each wheel of brie, pressing gently so the nuts adhere to the surface.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and beginning to ooze around the edges while the nuts become lightly toasted and fragrant.
Step 5: Rest
Remove the dish from the oven and let the brie rest for 3–5 minutes. This allows the topping to settle slightly before serving.
Step 6: Serve
Serve warm directly from the baking dish. Break through the crisp nut topping to reveal the creamy, melted brie underneath.
These simple baked brie rounds are rich, satisfying, and perfect for sharing with family and friends.
